Workout:

Block 1Partner A sprinted from the goal line to the 40 yard line and then walked back to the goal line. Partner B planked (me) or did merkins (icy). Duration – 10 minutes

Bock 2Partner A farmer carried two kbs to the 20 yard line and back. Partner B sprinted to the 40 and then walked back.  Both ended up at the goal line at roughly the same time. Duration – 15 minutes

Block 3Partner A sprinted to 30 and walked back. Partner B did 20 kb swings or until A got back. Duration – 10 minutes

COT:

just a quick one: I got to sit down with my daughters last night in their room and just hang out with them and help with their homework. It was a blessing to be able to do this with them. Those of us that have kids are blessed. There is something unique about the shared life experience and shared DNA that cannot be replicated.
