Workout:
kettlebell pull day!
5 sets of pulling pair exercises – the first round we did 10 reps and then 15 reps on the second set

-Kettlebell Deadlifts
-1-Arm Bent-Over Rows
SET 2
-1-Arm KB Swings (alternate sides) – Gorilla Rows
SET 3
– Renegade Rows
– Kettlebell High Pulls
SET 4
– Double KB Swings
– Upright Rows
SET 5
– Staggered-Stance Deadlifts
– Kettlebell Pullovers
Between the 1st and 2nd set we duck walked to the 20 yard line and back. After the 2nd round we crab walked to the 10 yard line and then walk grabbed back.
