I asked the Pax a real question: How do you get things from your “I know” list to “I am doing” list? For me there is a ton of things I know I should be doing but don’t do, in every aspect of my life. We determined that there needs to be “something” to jar it free. What “something” is, can only be determined by the individual. We followed up at coffee with some good conversation.
