ssh, tappytaps, arm circles, overhead claps, ssh,Sun Salutations, NO NECK ROLLS
Workout:
Pax paired up on track. Then 1 pax ran with kB while partner just ran the opposite direction. When they met up again, they handed off the kB and reversed direction until they met again and repeated. We did 23 min.

bigboys x30, oblique x 15, flutter kicks x 20, horshacks x 10
COT:
Todays workout was a reminder that we all are at different fitness levels. Doesn’t mean that we are any less of a person or tried any less. Just we are different. It would be good to remember this when dealing with family or co workers.
