The Thang: Running and rucking on the parkway trail up to 6 miles.

Thought of the day was around a near head-on collision that happened to me Saturday night.  An oncoming vehicle was creeping into my lane as my son and I were stopped to make a left turn.  They swerved back at the last minute and we avoided a bad situation.  I hope they got to finish their text.  It was just a reminder that life can change in an instant and “you just never know”
