Run

5-7 miles of good trail running to reintegrate @Mayhem back to civilization.Joined at coffee by @SloMo who has quietly started a run streak.  So if you see him, lead with the question of did you run today?

My words today came straight from one of the Astronauts yesterday being interviewed when asked about what her crew meant to her.  “A crew is people you know, a group that is in it all the time, no matter what that is, stroking together every minute with the same purpose that is willing to sacrifice silently for each other. That gives grace, that holds us accountable.  A crew has the same cares and needs, and is inescapable, beautifully, dutifully linked.”         You men are my crew.
