4 mile jog around Downtown Akron followed by an extremely tough Beatdown for the Rubber City 1-year anniversary (Not sure which of the 4 station was the easiest cause they all hurt me.)

it was awesome to see 60 men (including 7 FNGs) gathered outside working out together to better themselves and the guys around them. I’m so blessed to part of this group. Shoutout to @Charmin and @Backstage (Hall Of Fame – Hartville, Ohio) for what they are doing with our neighboring Hall of Fame region. Keep up the great work fellas. Thanks for the invite today-you did not disappoint.
