5 miles of trail running, that went from hard to easy and back to hard. @Stafford needs a clock for his birthday if anyone still needs ideas.

I am reading the story of David and Goliath which we all know.  Or what I thought I knew.  Turns out there are many layers to this story and is becoming more interesting as I peel layers back.  This is a good parallel to life in that we should all strive to peel back layers of people we meet and things that happen.  We will find most of the time things are more interesting.
