5.5 miles of Hills and Dales, plenty of both.
Hills= glute and hamstrings
Dales= quads

COT:

Listened to a podcast that talked about how to become more resilient.  One tool they used was the 2 x 2 x 2 method.  What can you do in the next 2 min to help your situation, what can you do in the next 2 hours, what can you do in the next 2 days.  Rinse and repeat.
