Last Pre-BR Run

4.25 mile trail run on Chestnut (aka Mingo) Trail.  Great conversation throughout. Though no life solutions were developed, life reasons were continued.  Good stuff!

Shoutout to all 15! F3 men participating in some form this coming up weekend at Burning River 100 Endurance Run.  We have @Comeback Kid @IcyHot @Couch @S’mores @ToolTime @NorthSide@Restart and ToolTime’s friend who we will name AL , all participating in Relay.  We have @flyguy and @Software running the 50miler and @Mayhem and @Tagalong running the 100.  We also have @Misny @Hardware and @Shugah pacing Mayhem.   Going to be a busy weekend.  Get some rest this week guys and have fun.
