Workout:

Frisbee:

  • 3 on 3 Ultimate Frisbee. It was “surprisingly fun” and not surprisingly bad frisbee playing

BR Relay:

  • Icy Hot, Smores, Stafford, Slomo, Jonboy, Phish, Northside and Flanders kicked butt running the 100 mile relay
  • Forrest ran the 100 mile co-ed relay and had a team 3rd place finish

BR100:

  • Mayhem got in 78 amazingly grueling miles
  • Software paced him for 12
  • Hardware crewed the entire day
