Run

Either a 4.5 mile Tempo run or 4.5 mile hike all paths brought us to Panera for nice coffee where we were joined by @IcyHot and @Flo .  Great conversation!

Whatever we are dealing with in our lives it is important to remember that it is just a part of life.  Not to get caught up in the negative and just do the next right thing.
