6- 16 miles on road and parkway.  No one fell or sprained any ankles.  Did not beat the rain though.

I feel like things come to me slower than most people.  And I usually need them to hit me in the face before I acknowledge them.  But this past week I fully realized the old saying of “you reap what you sow”.  I have not been a good husband for awhile and have ignored my wife for sometime.  This in turn has created a poor relationship between us.  This past week I have tried to turn this around by surprising my wife with flowers and attention she craved.  And not surprisingly she has responded in kind.   Not really rocket science, but if you give love you will get love.  If you give hate/indifference you will get that in return.  Take time to examine poor relationships in your life.  Is it them or is it really you?
