Run

Running at various paces and distances on trail and parkway. Some got more some got less, but the important thing is all posted.  Today was great example of using group as accountability and showing up doing whatever you can.
Spotted on trail: craziest thing was a car on the trail, @SloMo took a picture that he can post.

Been watching a documentary on Amazon called Rescue Warriors.  This documents a class as they go through Para Rescue training.  Some great stuff on resilience and ability to overcome.  Encourage everyone to check it out.
