Warm-up:

SSH, Seal claps, overhead claps, turn and bounce, Tappy taps

Workout:

Partner workout: P1 starts with 3 rep of an exercise, while P2 does same count of another. Then swap exercises and each add one rep to the count. Continue to swap exercises and increase count each time until limit reached. 80 yard “recovery” sprint and re-start with same set of exercises @ initial count of 3.
3 sets of exercises, each 9minutes:
Merkins + Air Presses
Lunges + Imperial Walker
Big Boys + Plank

Today was about winning and loosing under the arrogant and provocative title of “I can do anything better than you”.
