Started with the classic Motivator followed by 1 burpee + 5 plank jacks, then 2 burpees and 10 plank jacks, then 3 burpees and 15 plank jacks and repeated this all the way to 10 burpees + 50 plank jacks. Then we did 1 leg raise + 5 pickle pointers, then 2 leg raises + 10 pickle pointers then 3 leg raises + 15 pickle pointers and repeated this all the way to 10 leg raises + 50 pickle pointers. Then it was Captain Thor – 1 big boy + 5 pass-the-butters, 2 big boys + 10 pass-the-butters, 3 big boys + 15 pass-the-butters all the way to 10 big boys + 50 pass the butters. It sucked!!! BTW – the 50 count was in honor of @flyguy turning the big 5-0!
