Warm-up:
neck rolls, turn and bounce, arm circles, tappy-taps, flamingos.
Workout:
Pax started at end zone and did rifle carry for 10 yards then performed a workout. At 10 yards intervals, pax performed an exercise and # of reps matching the yardage, running back to the starting end zone performing 10 merkins and returning to the coupon to advance to the next ten yards. After 100 yards, we performed Murder Bunnies back to the beginning.
10 yrd- 10 manmakers
20 yrd – 20 merkins
30 yrd – 30 curls
40 yrd – 40 weighted squats
50 yrd – 50 SSHs or jumping over coupon
Continue same exercises at opposite 40, 30, 20, 10.
At opposite end zone perform 100 big boys then murder bunny back

Message today is a share I have used in the past. We discussed the book “How Full is Your Bucket.” Every person has a bucket and when you perform negative acts you pull from your bucket and others buckets. When you only do positive acts for yourself, you are just filling your bucket. When you do positive things for others you fill your bucket and others. This has a compounding effect on our society. Everyone should look at their bucket and if you are down do something positive for others.
