Workout:

Each exercise is numbered, you multiply the exercise number times round to get rep count for that exercise.
1)Squat Thrusters (55 reps)
2)Merkins (110 reps)
3)Dips (165 reps)
4)Big Boys (220 reps)
5) Air Squats (275 reps)
Total 825 reps
BUT WAIT…someone suggested we do round 11 and @SloMo volunteered for cadence call, so we did an xtra:
11 Thrusters
22 Merkins
33 Dips
44 Big Boys
55 Air Squats

They once asked a big CEO of a company how he runs such a large organization.  He said its easy, you just have to have a strong mission statement.  Once you have that, every decision is already made.
We need mission statements in our personal lives to help guide us and make decisions.  Especially when we are tired.  Because fatigue makes cowards of us all, we may lose track of goals.  With a mission statement in place decisions are already made. Thanks for lead today men have a great day!
