Arm Circles, then Mosey to pullup bars.
Workout:
10 rounds of 5 exercises
55 Pullups
110 Merkins
165 Dips
220 Big Bois
275 Squats

that quickly disappeared.

You may or may not have noticed that I have been doing the Magic Mike workout a-lot lately. This has been to show me personally that there is other ways to destroy yourself other than running. I tend to focus on what I can’t do and not on what I can do. I can do this workout and it’s a pretty good beatdown.
Just knowing that will allow me to get through the next year. Again, focus on what you can do and not what you can’t. Thanks for the lead men and have a great day!
