Lately our signup numbers have taken a hit. I remember in 2021 we had Qs booked for a couple of months but now it very readily available as there is a lack of enthusiasm for signing up in leading a workout. I wonder if that is an indication of larger issue of where we as a F3 group have settled into the rhythm of being a workout group and not a leadership group.
