Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, hill billies, turn and bounce, SSHs, tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, slow squats, flamingos

Workout:

2 10 minute Tabata-style rounds.

Round 1 was 10 merkins and 10 squats each minute. Any time left each minute was yours to rest.

2nd round was 10 coupon curls and 10 overhead presses each minute.

25 big boys, 15 pass the butter, 25 LBCs, 1 min plank
