Warm-up:
neck rolls, turn and bounce, arm circles, tappy-taps, flamingos.
Workout:
Pax started at end zone and did rifle carry for 10 yards then performed a workout. At 10 yards intervals, pax performed an exercise and # of reps matching the yardage, running back to the starting end zone performing 10 merkins and returning to the coupon to advance to the next ten yards. After 100 yards, we performed murder bunny back to the beginning.
