Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, Tappy taps, flamingo, calf stretches

Workout:

One partner runs across the field and performs two burpees while the other partner completes the exercises listed below:100 merkins, 200 OH press, 200 curls, 200 weighted squats, 100 big boys.  Then rinse and repeat by cutting count by half.

COT:

Reflection on practicing patience. You cannot change how others act, you can change the way you react though. Focus on the the things you can change versus the things you cannot. Thank you for letting me lead.
