Workout:

Players’ choice. Each pax selected 2-3 different exercises for reps of 25. After each cycle, we ran a lap. Rinse and repeat.

COT:

The word of the morning was “thankful”. We were all thankful to be able to enjoy the accountability and companionship the each of us brought on a morning we could have easily slept in. Also, thankful for a great morning to get out and move around. The costume contest was too close to call. We agreed we all looked better in the dark.
