Hardware

Warm-up:

SSH x 20, Arm Circles x 12, Sun Salutations, Slow Squats x 10, Bear squats

Workout:

Dealt 5 cards to each Pax, took winning poker hand and performed each exercise in cadence.  Went through 5 hands, then ran 300 meters to top it off.

COT:

Watch out for each other, if you see someone struggling or acting different.  Say something to them, ask them if everything is ok.  Sometimes just the act of the reach out is enough.  Just letting them know you see them can be all someone needs to bring them back from the brink.  Thanks for opportunity to lead, always a pleasure.
