Warm-up:

neck rolls, flamingos, jumping 20 jacks, arm circles. 10 each , michael Phelps, turn and bounce

Workout:

partner workout with various kettle bell workouts

10 swings

[ ] partner plank hold

15 deadlifts

[ ] Partner Push ups

 20 push press

[ ] Partner hand release push ups

25 curls

[ ] Side plank( alternate each round completed )

 30 push ups on the kettbell

[ ] Partner do biceps dips

COT:

Being in the moment is a part of everyday life. Sometimes the moments are long or short but it it’s important to be present in them. Good or bad they are something we can learn from and grow from. I encourage everyone to try to be in the moment and have that time to reflect and let that grow, inspire, resonated in ourselves in the hope to make one self better.
