Arm Swings, M Phelps, Turn and Bounce, Abe Vigodas, Squat Hold + Calf Rises, Side lunges
Motivator+
Regular motivator, swap the third motion (SSH w/o arms) with Jacksquats
Workout:
1st round
10 Burpees
20 Lunges
30 Imperial Walker
40 Merkins
50 Plank jacks
60 Squats
Running parking slot style: on parking slot lines facing tennis court running forward, sidesteps, Backwards, sidesteps, down and back up the lot
Next round dropping last exercise, repeat rounds until only Burpees left.
We managed all 6 rounds for a total of 60 Burpees, 100 Lunges, 120 Imperial Walker, 120 Merkins, 100 Plank jacks and 60 Squats
