Regular motivator, swap the third motion (SSH w/o arms) with Jacksquats

Burpeevator
4 exercises in Motivator style for a total of 55 reps of:
Burpees, Squats, Merkins, Star Jump

50 Dips

Picknicktable Squats
Each person a corner of the picknicktable for 15 reps while 5th performs merkins. Rotate COUNTERclockwise and repeat until everyone completed merkins

Stripper Squats
(what happens at the AO stays at the AO)

Butterfly Crunch, Side Hip Raise, Big Boys, Snow Angels, Windshield Wipers, Jackknife Crunch, Swimmers, LBC
