Warm-up:
neck rolls, arm circles, tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, flamingos
Workout:
Each corner of the lot had a primary exercise of 50 reps done in sets of 25/15/10. In between each set was a total of 30 reps of a second exercise in sets of 20/10. For example:
Station 1 Curls/Merkins
25 curls
20 merkins
15 curls
10 merkins
10 curls
Station 2: Merkins/Squats
Station 3: Squats/Merkins
Station 4: SSHs/Merkins
Completed 280 Merkins and some other stuff too. A good time was had by at least me.
Finished up with a mini-motivator from 5 down.
