The Thang: Performed on football field: Perform 10 Merkins, 1 Burpee (11’s) at the 10, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog (or walk) back to the 20. Perform 9 Merkins, 2 Burpees, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed. We then headed the other direction reversing the count.

I find myself constantly seeking the next “thing” to find happiness or purpose. Whether it’s a physical challenge, a purchase, a home improvement project, etc… Although these pursuits are not inherently “bad”, I find that they provide momentary pleasure. I don’t want to live my life in that constant pursuit. Ultimately, the foundation that we build ourselves upon determines our purpose. I’ve chosen to pursue the path of where God is that foundation. It’s a journey!
