In 2023, the suicide rate among men was almost 4 times higher than among women.
Men are significantly less likely to seek mental health treatment, even though they experience depression, anxiety, loneliness, and stress at similar rates.

Let’s continue to be the group that our brothers know they can lean on when needed and let’s remember to check in on one another.
