Last Man Standing practice, tuneup

Clocks were set at 2:15 ( @IcyHot) and 2:30 (the rest of the pax). Each lap needed to be completed in time allotted. Went for about 7 laps.

20-15-10-5 (50 bigboys), 20-15-10-5 (50 merkins), 20-15-10-5 (50 bigboys)

I had no words this morning other than to second what @Software said.  Sometimes words are not necessary.  Sometimes silence is what is needed.
