The discipline we build in training is what carries us through the hardest stretches – in F3 and in life.  For the BR, know that the real race isn’t just the miles ahead, but the discipline and character we’ve already shaped getting to the starting line.Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 9:25-27:
“Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”
He goes on to say, “I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.”
