Workout:
Pax moved continuously today around the track (don’t worry…it was only 1/16 of a mile at a time, not like I was “distance running”). At each of 4 spots on the track, Pax performed 15 reps of one of the following movements: big boys, toilet squats, coupon curls, and merkins. Ran 8 laps (or 32×1/16 segments) for a total of 2 miles. 120 reps for each movement.

From the book 10X is Easier than 2X: Stop feeling like you have to justify everything that you WANT by proving that you NEED it. The truth is that we really don’t NEED much. But as men of character and faith, our wants can drive us and others to great places. If someone asks you why you need something, simply say that you don’t need it, but that you want it, and that is enough.
