Warm-up:
neck rolls, turn and bounce, hillbillies, arm circles, tappy-taps. Runners stretching.
Workout:
Pax started at south end zone and did weighted coupon lunges every 10 yards. At each 10 yards, pax performed an exercise and # of reps matching the yardage, running back to the starting end zone and returning to the coupon to advance to the next ten yards. After 50 yards, we worked back down the ladder until reaching the opposite end zone where we did Murder Bunnies back to the beginning.
10 yrd- 10 burpees
20 yrd – 20 merkins
30 yrd – 30 curls
40 yrd – 40 weighted squats
50 yrd – 50 SSHs
