Hardware

Warm-up:

ssh x 20, arm circles x 10, ssh x 15, PVC pipe overheads, pass throughs

Microwave: quicker warmup- run up and down hill for 8 minutes.

Workout:

5 rounds of 90 seconds of:
40mountain climbers (single or double ct)
10 Big Boys
Then walking lunges for remaining time.
90 sec rest

6MOM:

Horshacks x 15, LBC x 20, oblique crunches x 15 each side.

Finished with 4min of Merkins for @IcyHot.

COT:

Reading a book now called Deliberate Discomfort by Jason Van Camp, ex. Green Beret.  The first lesson he was taught as he was moving up through the ranks was to listen. “When you talk you are just repeating what you already know.  When you listen you can learn something”. Not deep stuff, pretty simple, should be easy to do… right?
