Beach Style Murph (aka Burph)

PAX started off with a half mile Indigenous People Run then went and each grabbed a coupon.

The PAX then completed the following exercises on the ‘beach’:

10 Thrusters
20 Dead Lifts
30 Curls

Run up and down visitor bleachers.

Rinse and Repeat.

The PAX ended with another half mile Indigenous People Run

I don’t like the numbers, but the numbers don’t lie, and neither does my anecdotal experience. The person who has the most spiritual impact in your family is you. Woman are generally much more spiritually healthy and spiritually driven than men, but men have a calling to lead their families to truth. The most potent thing in your family is you.’
