DORA. One person performs the exercises listed below as the other runs across the field to complete two burpees.
100 merkins
200 OH press
200 curls
200 squats
100 big boys

Do over repeat again cutting count in half on round 2.

For work we have been performing sales training, and to help we read this book to understand how to win more work. But to win you must understand the other person’s situation and point of view. I have applied this to everyday life. You must understand the person you are talking to. You need to empathize with them and relate to them before you can have a meaningful conversation. Can you apply this in everyday situations? For example in marriage, do we really listen and understand what is important? If you understand, you can use emotions to tie in your thoughts. This way you can have a meaningful discussion with the person. Listening is more important than speaking when you are getting to know someone.
