Workout:

  • PAX moseyed to the pain shed. Each PAX grabbed a coupon
  • OYO workout
  • PAX would perform an exercise at each end and then return to the middle for an exercise each time, forming the outline of a Cross in the freshly fall snow
    • Top – 26 Merkins
    • Left – 26 Bonnie Blairs
    • Bottom – 26 Curls
    • Right – 26 Squats
    • Center – 10 SSH
  • CLEAR

Each pax did ~4 rounds

  • The fresh snowfall was a good reminder that 2026 presents the opportunity for fresh starts in your goals. Just as we carved a path in the snow with our footprints, we’re able to carve a new path in our life with new goals.
