Workout:
Pax mosied to shed to gather 1 coupon each. In a line, Pax performed 21 reps of burpee jump overs, OH press, squat/calf raise combo, merkins and curls. After 21 reps of each, Pax ran the 400m J5 track. Pax repeated each exercise for 15 reps along with a 400m, then repeated again for 9 reps and a 400m. Pax then circled up for planks on the coupon for 21 count, then chest to coupon plank for 15 seconds, then single arm/single leg plank for 9 seconds each side. Pax concluded with 21 mtn climbers.
