Workout:

  • Mosey to shed
  • Circuit EMOM Workout with 5 Stations
    1. Merkin Plank Jacks
    2. Burpees
    3. Coupon Curl to Overhead Press
    4. Coupon Step Ups
    5. Large Tire Flips
  • Did 1 minute full out at each station, then 1 minute rest, then rotate to next station
  • Rinse and repeat
  • Completed each station 3x
    • 15 minutes on, 15 minutes rest
  • Mary:
    • 12 x Heals to Heaven–> CLEAR
