- Mosey to shed
- Circuit EMOM Workout with 5 Stations
- Merkin Plank Jacks
- Burpees
- Coupon Curl to Overhead Press
- Coupon Step Ups
- Large Tire Flips
- Did 1 minute full out at each station, then 1 minute rest, then rotate to next station
- Rinse and repeat
- Completed each station 3x
- 15 minutes on, 15 minutes rest
