Workout:

Station 1 (Pacer)

  • Farmers Carry 2 Coupons to middle light post and back OR Run Loop

Station 2

  • 15 Coupon Curls, 15 Dips

Station 3

  • 15 Jump Squats, 15 Lunges
    • Switched to 15 Merkins, 15 Calf Raises 1/2 way through

Station 4

  • Burpees on Medium Tire

Station 5

  • Large Tire Flips

Each PAX picked a station and would max out  the exercise in the station until the PAX finished station 1. Rotate to next station. Repeat. Each PAX did each station 4 times.Fun conversation throughout the beatdown.  Sprinkled jock jams and 90s Chicago Bulls Intro song into the playlist to lock into the zone.

Been thinking a lot over the past month about the power of F3 and how it allows all of us to grow both internally and externally. We all go through highs and lows in our lives and F3 is a welcome setting to celebrate the highs and cope with the lows.
