Started at the 303 Bike and Hike Trailhead and ran North 21 minutes, turned around and pushed the pace for negative splits

Reflected on a scene from one of my favorite movies….Rudy
Rudy is struggling to gain acceptance to Notre Dame and when he is at the end of the rope so he visits Father Cavanaugh at church. Rudy asks what else he can do to get into college… Father Cavanaugh replies, “Son, in 35 years of religious study, I have only come up with two hard in incontrovertible facts: there is a God, and I’m not him.”
We naturally want to be in control, but ultimately, we need to remember that we are not God, and that he has a reason for why we are going through challenging times. These struggles help shape us and keep us pointed towards God and his direction for our life.
