Warm-up:
SSH, Good Mornings, Frankenwalks, Michael Phelps
Workout:
- Out and Back Run– Started at the 303 Bike and Hike Trailhead and Ran North 20:00 minutes to Boston Mills Road, flipped and ran back
- First ~10 minutes was a slower pace to warm up, followed by ~20 minutes of higher intensity running, followed by ~10 minutes of slower pace
- 40:00 Total Time…..PAX ran ~4.5 miles at ~9:00 pace
- Found a dry spot in a tunnel and finished with “Heals to Heaven” – 12 reps

- Question we discussed during our run today: 1) What are your goals for your involvement in F3 and 2) how can the PAX support you to meet these goals?
