Out and Back Run

  • Ran 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back
  • Started in the dark but the sun came up during the second half of the run 
  • 3-3.4 miles covered

COT:

  • Reminder that we are now 1/2 through the summer months. Take time to reflect and enjoy the summer weather and time with family and friends.
  • Be grateful for the heat since in a few months it will be chilly and dark in the gloom
  • Be intentional about the remaining 1/2 of summer
