- Started in the dark but the sun came up during the second half of the run

- Reminder that we are now 1/2 through the summer months. Take time to reflect and enjoy the summer weather and time with family and friends.
- Be grateful for the heat since in a few months it will be chilly and dark in the gloom
- Be intentional about the remaining 1/2 of summer
