- PAX moseyed to the pain shed. Each PAX grabbed a coupon
- Rotated between 3 stations for 20 minutes. Had a minute to complete the station before moving to the next station at the minute mark
- Station 1 = 10 Merkins w/20lb pack
- Station 2 = 40 Single Leg Squats
- Station 3 = Farmers carry with 2 coupons
- ~30 yards and back
- Walked back to cars, stopping at light posts doing various exercises
- 15 Plan Jacks
- 15 Imperial Walkers
- 15 Frankenwalks
- 15 Calf Raises
- 15 High Knees

Message at Mass yesterday was about following the Star. And, no matter how your life may change…the star can be your definitive direction. Was a good reminder that there is always a higher power for us to turn to, but also, on a more acute level…as we are setting goals for 2026…to keep those goals as your stars, and work every day to follow those stars. Panera for coffee after. Prayers to the team member who was opening the store by herself (supposed to be 3 people opening, 2 people did not show unexpectedly). Pray that patrons will show her grace this morning.
