- Mosey to get coupons and careful mosey to lite parking lot area.
- At each light pole 4 exercises x 10 reps each:
- Thrusters
- Coupon Curls
- Coupon Swings
- Coupon Back Squats
- MOT to next light pole = Coupon Rifle Carry
- After 2 light poles – SSH (10) to warm up
