SSH (10), Turn n Bounce (10), Slow Joe Kelly’s (10), Arm Circles (20)

Workout:

  • Mosey to get coupons and careful mosey to lite parking lot area.
  • At each light pole 4 exercises x 10 reps each:
    • Thrusters
    • Coupon Curls
    • Coupon Swings
    • Coupon Back Squats
  • MOT to next light pole = Coupon Rifle Carry
  • After 2 light poles – SSH (10) to warm up

6MOM:

Sticking w/4×10 – WWIII Sit-ups, Shoulder Taps, Merkins, Heals to Heaven
