SSH, Turn n bounce, Arm Circles, Tappy Tap
Workout:
- Mosey to shed to pick up Coupons
- Coupon carry to area of parking lot with lights
- Iron Cross – exercise at 4 sides of the parking lot with an exercise in the middle. Carry coupon to each side and back to middle, forming a cross.
- 15 Crazy 5 Curls (5 bottom 1/2 curls, 5 top 1/2 curls, 5 full curls)
- 15 Dips on coupons
- 15 Bent over Rows w/ coupon
- 5 Worst Merkin Ever (1 Rep = 1 Wide Merkin, 1 Normal Merkin, 1 Diamond Merkin)
- Return to center for 2 Blockees after each side
- Repeato until time was up
Was cool to see the footprints in the snow forming the cross.

Great start to the week with a HEAVY Monday beatdown. Enjoyed this workout, so ran this one back from last weekFocused on upper body today, be sure to stretch and refuel.Was a cold & snowy Monday morning. Hard to get up when that alarm went off early, hard to keep pushing through the workout, but being part of the PAX keeps pushing us along and keeping us accountable.
