- Mosey to shed to pick up Coupons
- Coupon carry to area of parking lot with lights
- Stated at 1st light post, rifle carry coupon to next light post, run a lap, SSHs until all pax finished their lap, perform exercise, rifle carry coupon to next light post.
- Repeat for 7 light posts, 7 exercises & 7 laps
- Exercises:
- Incline Merkin (x15)
- Overhead Presses (x15)
- Coupon Curls (x15)
- Jump Squats (x15)
- Merkins (x15)
- Lunges (x15)
- Man Makers (x15)
- Finished lap circuit and moved to PAX choice exercises at 3 light posts:

Message for the day is the be present with your family and children when you get to spend time with them. When you look at a 24 hour day, most of it is spent working, at school, sleeping, other activities. Maximize the time that you do get to spend with your family and remain present in that time.
