Great start to the week with a Monday Beatdown.  We already won the day!Hard to get up when that alarm went off early, hard to keep pushing through the workout, but being part of the PAX keeps pushing us along and keeping us accountable.Message for the day: Remember to be compassionate to people.  We all have the ability to be positive influences on people’s lives. You never know how much a simple text message or phone call to a struggling friend, family member, or colleague means to them.
